How long does it take to process my order?

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us, and we’ll confirm within 2 business days.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

No. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?

Can I ship my order to a P.O. box?

Most orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes. For confirmation, provide the full P.O. box address (including the post office street address) before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at orders@savvycraft.com right away with photos, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. A refund will be issued for the order amount minus return shipping costs.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

What condition must my item be in to qualify for a return?

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email orders@savvycraft.com. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions.

Do you provide free return shipping?

Free return shipping only applies if you received an incorrect item. In that case, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Can international customers get free return shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide return shipping for international orders. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do exchanges work?

The quickest way is to return the unwanted item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing, material, or workmanship when the product is used as intended, installed properly, and maintained.

What is not covered under the warranty?

Warranty does not cover improper use, sharp edge damage, pooling water, lack of support poles, customer modifications, normal wear and tear, fading, extreme weather, or acts of nature.

How do pro-rated warranties work?

If your warranty claim is approved, you’ll receive a credit toward the purchase of the same or a replacement product. The credit amount depends on the original purchase price, time elapsed since purchase, and warranty terms.
